Collect In-store
You can collect your order from our store on Brook Street in Tavistock. We are currently running a "Doorbell system". Just ring the doorbell at the gates and we will bring you your order.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Saturday are usually ready the same day, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee same day collection on all items.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

UK Mainland Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Saturday are usually despatched same day, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee same day despatch on all items.
We post most items either 1st Class or 2nd Class with Royal Mail so you should usually receive your item within 1-2 working days after despatch. We cannot guarantee Royal Mail's delivery times.
Heavier and Larger items will be sent via Courier. Delivery times may vary.
