We are able to scan or "digitise" your prints, slides, negatives and artwork at very high quality. Which is perfect for reprints, archiving and sharing with friends and family. Once we have scanned your originals you will receive an email with a download link to your scanned items. If you would prefer to have your scans on CD/DVD instead we charge £1.00 on top of the whole order. If you would prefer to have your scans on a USB we just charge the price of the USB on top of the whole order. PLEASE NOTE we will not scan onto a customers USB as we can only guarantee and resolve any issues from USB drives that we have provided. If you have less than 6 items to be scanned, there is a service charge of £4.00 that will be added to your order.

Scanning is usually ready within 1-2 working days and in most cases ready within 24 hours. For large quantities of scanning we may need up to a week. Service times may vary during busy periods. We can give you a more accurate estimate of turn-around when you bring your originals in.

PLEASE NOTE that while our scanning is very high quality we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on colour reproduction.

Scanning Prints

We can scan prints up to 8" (along the shortest edge) through our high quality feed scanner. This produces 2-3 versions of each photo, one original copy and up to two enhanced versions. These enhanced version go through an automated colour correction and dust removal process that in most cases improves the overall quality of the photo. Prices for these are as follows:

Shoebox deal (up to 150)	£89.99 Total

If you have any prints that are larger than 8" (along the shortest edge), your prints are mounted on card/in albums or your prints are damaged (dog ears, cracks and tears) we can still scan them but we have to scan each print individually on our high quality flatbed scanner and each original is charged at fixed rate of £2.00 Each. With this method you also do not receive any enhanced versions.

If you have prints or originals that are larger than A3 we can photograph them for you, this costs £10.00 per item.

Scanning Slides

We scan 35mm Slides at 1200dpi and use Digital Ice technology to reduce the appearance of dust and scratches. All of our slide scanning goes through a colour and backlight correction to produce the best results from your slides. Prices are as follows:

If you have slides that are not 35mm (e.g. 110, medium and large format) we can scan these but they are charged at a fixed rate of £2.00 each.

Scans from Negatives

Please note, Scans of full sets must be from developed films, uncut or strips of 3 or more. Scans of individual negatives are charged at a fixed rate of £2.00 each.
